Summary

PR #3's Windows Rust workspace job exits at the supply-chain step because EmbarkStudios/cargo-deny-action is a container action and only runs on Linux. That step is now its own Ubuntu job. The Windows job keeps fmt, Clippy, tests, and the viewer smoke.

The formatting-only commit is already in the squash merge of #3. The cargo-fuzz smoke job on that PR passed without a libstdc++ path change.

The Embark Studios action is a container, so the Windows job exited
before Clippy. The supply-chain check is its own Ubuntu job.
